Nearly all employees have a private office, ergonomic chair, and state-of-the-art computer equipment. Each employee is provided a company credit card for travel and the purchase of discretionary items. Not surprisingly, we work a 40-hour week, and in the rare instances where overtime is required, it is compensated. We transitioned to 100% employee ownership in 2019 through the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). With the ESOP, all employees share in the fruits of their labor. Since we don’t have outside investors, all decisions are made based on what’s best for the company’s long-term future and its employees. Our Namesake

We are named after one of the nicest lakes in Ohio, Caesar Creek Lake, located near the home of our founder.


Kevin Hoffer

Founder and President

Kevin has over 30 years of software development experience. He founded Caesar Creek Software, Inc. in 1998 and was the principal developer of the company’s credibility assessment products. Kevin oversees all daily operations, including security, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and new business development. Since its founding, Caesar Creek Software has grown into a trusted provider of software development and cybersecurity solutions for private enterprises and government institutions nationwide. Prior to founding Caesar Creek Software, Kevin worked at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company in Sunnyvale, California and Northrop Grumman Xetron in Cincinnati, Ohio. He founded One Zero Technologies in 1996, which morphed into Caesar Creek Software two years later. Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
