About

About Caesar Creek Software

Forget everything you thought you knew about software development companies. Caesar Creek Software is different. It starts with our basic philosophy: happy employees are the key to a company’s long term success. As an engineer who has worked at some of the biggest companies in the industry, our founder knows what it’s like to be a cog in the machine, so at Caesar Creek Software each employee is treated like family. We have the stability of a large company, without the inefficiency and bureaucracy. Our salaries are highly competitive, not just in our region, but nationwide. Our benefits package is stellar and unheard of in our region.

Every employee is provided a private office, ergonomic chair, and computer equipment of his or her choosing including multiple monitors. Need software or hardware? Each employee is provided a company credit card. Not surprising, we work a 40-hour week, and in the rare instances where overtime is required, it is compensated. Annual performance reviews with salary increase? Sure, including lunch at a restaurant of your choosing with the president of the company! We don’t have outside investors, so all decisions are made based on what’s best for the long term future of the company and its employees. Any profits not used to grow the company are distributed to employees. And did we mention that we do some of the coolest work on the planet?  As an added bonus, Caesar Creek Software is transitioning to employee ownership in 2019 through the establishment of an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)!

Sound like your kind of place? See if we are hiring. If not, check back frequently. Join our team – you’ll be glad you did!
